Jennifer Arbuckle showed passion, teamwork on and off the court

Jennifer (Sissel) Arbuckle earned her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2016 as well as a Master of Business Administration in 2018.

In addition to graduating magna cum laude with honors, she also pursued her passion for basketball on the MSU Texas women’s team with the role of captain her last two years. She claimed the growth and learning that comes from being a collegiate athlete to be unparalleled.

Arbuckle is employed by WPT Power as a mechanical engineer, responsible for engineering duties in planning and designing tools, engines, machines and other mechanically functioning equipment.

Prior to joining the WPT team, Arbuckle worked for Sealed Air Cryovac. Referring to Arbuckle’s employment, Bryan Schaffner, WPT Power Director of Global Engineering, said, “Jennifer is detailed oriented, shows great problem-solving skills, and demonstrates she’s a team player. She adds tremendous technical leadership to our already talented engineering team.”

Jennifer is passionate about building useful and beautiful things and learning as much as she can. In fact, she and her husband, Randall, a 2013 MSU Texas graduate, are learning much as they recently welcomed their first child, Emma Kate.
