MSU Texas to offer $15K in scholarships at college preview day on March 4

Winner, winner … forget the chicken dinner. MSU Texas is giving away $15,000 worth of scholarships for future MSU Texas students who attend the March 4 Mustangs Rally. Door prizes include scholarships, laptops, and more.

“Thanks to the generosity of our Wichita Falls community, we are excited to offer some spectacular prizes at this year’s Mustangs Rally,” said Gayonne Beavers, MSU Texas Director of Admissions. “But do not let the prizes alone speak for MSU Texas. Our campus is a gem among institutions of higher education.”

Mustangs Rally is an open house-style event designed for prospective students and their guests to learn more about MSU Texas academics, financial aid, student services, and on-campus housing. Located just two hours northwest of Dallas/Fort Worth or two hours southwest of Oklahoma City, MSU Texas is closer than many think – and better than they can imagine!

Known for its affordability, MSU Texas helps students earn their degrees without the heavy debt common at some universities while providing a private school experience at a public university price.

With more than 60 majors and pre-professional programs, students are sure to find an area compatible with their academic goals.

More than 100 student organizations and a flurry of activities will help students find the perfect balance of academic opportunities, social interactions, and exciting cultural events.

But don’t take it from us. Get off the computer, get out of the house, and come and see for yourself!

Register for Mustangs Rally today at msutexas.edu/mustangsrally. For more information, contact the MSU Texas Welcome Center at 940-397-6284 or email visit@msutexas.edu.
