Senior exhibitions at Fain Fine Arts open now

The senior exhibitions of eight graduating Midwestern State University art students are displayed in the Juanita Harvey Art Gallery and the Foyer Gallery in the Fain Fine Arts Center. The exhibitions will be on display through Dec. 17.

A reception for the students will be held from 6-8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 10, in the Juanita Harvey Art Gallery.

Senior exhibitions are the culmination of the artist’s collegiate work, and include ceramics, painting, sculpture, printmaking, metals, and graphic design.

Graduating seniors this fall are Sapphire Vasquez, Kristen Longo, Avery Moorehead, Jayden Johnson, Siany Kloss, Emily Smith, Blake Leatherwood, and Chloe Dewberry-Hansen.

Gallery hours are 8 a.m.-noon and 1-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. Groups of 10 or more need to call ahead to schedule a visit. Call 940-397-4264 or email Professor of Art Steve Hilton for more information.
