MSU Texas programs rank high on lists for affordability, quality
Online college ranking sites continue to place Midwestern State University high on their “best” lists, whether the ranking is for value or for academic quality.
Accredited Online Colleges placed MSU Texas at No. 10 on its list of 25 Accredited Online Colleges for Radiation Therapy. Data from the Department of Education’s National Center for Education Statistics was used to score universities’ programs individually, then compared with for affordability, student-to-faculty ratio, and the number of programs offered on campus and online.
A degree in Radiologic Sciences from MSU Texas also placed 10th on Best Health Degrees Best Radiation Science Degrees. Programs were ranked according to price, accreditation, reputation, and salary potential using data from Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System, Niche, U.S. News & World Report, and other higher education-rating sources.
College Consensus, a college review aggregator, placed MSU Texas at No. 12 in its survey of the Best MBA Programs in Texas 2020. College Consensus combined data from respected Master of Business Administration ranking publications such as The Financial Times, Bloomberg Businessweek, The Economist, Forbes, and U.S. News & World Report for a score on a 100-point scale.
College Consensus also put together the top MBA programs in the country that no longer require the Graduate Management Admission Test, a move made by some universities to give more students access to excellent programs. MSU Texas ranked No. 14 in the list of the Best No-GMAT MBA Programs 2020.
Intelligent.com’s list of the Top 45 College in Texas placed MSU Texas at 14th, with special recognition for being Best for First-Generation Students. Intelligent only ranked universities that are regionally accredited, then created algorithms comparing multiple rankings from college evaluators such as U.S. News & World Report.
Best Value Schools placed MSU Texas at No. 14 on its Best 25 X-Ray Tech Schools in 2021 list, calling the radiology program “elite.” The site used yearly tuition and graduation rate as its criteria.
Best Value Schools ranked MSU Texas at No. 18 on its list of Cheapest Online Master’s Degree in 2020.
