Dell Computer president to speak at MSU's Dillard College
Steve Felice, president and chief commercial officer at Dell Computer, will speak at Midwestern State University Wednesday, April 17, as the Dillard College Executive in Residence and Lalani Center Distinguished Speaker. Felice will address the campus community at 2 p.m. in Dillard 101.
At Dell, Felice leads sales and marketing teams that deliver innovative and practical technology solutions to consumers, small and medium businesses, public institutions, and large enterprises worldwide. Felice also has served as senior vice president and president of the Consumer, Small and Medium Business group, and has led Dell's operations in the Asia-Pacific and Japan region. He has been responsible for global corporate customers based in the United States and has held various executive roles in sales and consulting services organizations.
Felice joined Dell in 1999 from DecisionOne Corp., where he served as chief executive officer and president. Under his guidance, the company became the largest independent provider of multivendor computer maintenance and technology support services in North America. He worked for Bell Atlantic and served as vice president of Planning and Development with Bell Atlantic Customer Services. He also spent five years with Shell Oil in Houston.
He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Iowa and a master's in business administration from the University of Houston. He currently serves as vice-chair of St. Michael's Catholic Academy Board of Trustees. He also is on the board of directors for the US-China Business Council and is a member of the Singapore Economic Development Board.
