Calling all aspiring actors

The Midwestern State University Department of Theatre will hold student auditions for 13 one-act plays February 2 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and February 3 from 1-5 p.m. at the Fain Fine Arts Theatre.

The plays are student-produced one-act plays that will be performed in April and May. For the 13 plays, 13-14 females and 16 males are needed.

You do not have to be a major to audition.

"These plays are very popular with the students and they are short, mostly comic, and included in our season," said Department of Theatre Chair Laura Jefferson.
