DCOBA Student Score in Top 10 Percent on Major Field Test

Nineteen students in the Dillard College of Business Administration scored in the top 10 percent of business graduates across the United States on the Educational Testing Service Major Field Test. Major field tests are comprehensive assessments designed to gauge the critical knowledge and understanding obtained by students in their degree field.

 Out of 89 undergraduate degrees conferred in the Fall 2012 semester, eighteen students scored in the top 10 percent nationally. They are Candace Berg (Accounting), Ross Brotherton (Management), Travis Cone (Accounting), Jonathan Crocker (Finance), John Dragoo (Management), Christopher Dwyer (Accounting), Alvonn Forsyth (Accounting), Courtney Forsythe (Accounting), Ross Gaw (Finance), Michael Gonzalez, Jr. (Management), Coletia Jeffers (Economics), Matthew Moore (Accounting), Savannah Parchman (Accounting), Hilary Rankin (Finance), Kristin Rockwell (Finance), Danna Toews (Accounting), Sylvester Williams (Finance), and Jared Young (Finance). Florian May, an MBA student, also scored in the top 10 percent among graduate students.
