Dates Set for Fall 2011 Foreign and Classic Film Series

The Center for Continuing Education has released its schedules for the Fall 2011 Foreign and Classic Film Series. Admission is free for all films, but donations are welcome.

 

Foreign Film Series

Foreign films will be shown on Thursdays on the dates indicated below beginning at 7 p.m. at The Kemp Center for the Arts, 1300 Lamar. All films are in English or subtitled.

September 1: Last Orders (2001) presented by Dr. Stuart McClintock

October 6: The Lives of Others (2007) presented by Dr. Nate Moran

November 3: Run Lola Run (1998) presented by Jim Gorham

 

Classic Film Series

Classic films will be shown on Tuesdays on the dates indicated below beginning at 7 p.m. at the Museum of Art at MSU, #2 Eureka Circle.

September 20: Cat on a Hot Tin Roof (1958) presented by Donnie Kirk

October 18: Goodbye, My Fancy (1951) presented by Dr. Patti Hamilton

November 15: The World's Fastest Indian (2005) presented by Dr. Stuart McClintock

December 6: Holiday Affair (1949) presented by Neta Roberts.
