Annual community Health Fair scheduled for Friday

The College of Health Sciences and Human Services will be sponsoring the annual Community Health Fair 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday, April 23 at the Wichita Falls Museum of Art at MSU. Information will be available on disease prevention and health promotion.
 
  • In addition, the Texas Blood Institute will host a blood drive 8 a.m.-1 p.m.
  • The Wichita Falls Health Department will provide free HIV testing and will check cholesterol and lipids for $10.
  • United Regional Health Care system will provide glucose screening (those wanting to be tested should fast for eight hours.) 
  • Screenings will also be available for vision, glaucoma hearing, blood pressure and pulse, body fat, lung function, circulation, flexibiolity, sleep disorders, and stroke.

Please make plans to park at the Museum or behind the Wellness Center where you can reach the Museum by walking over the bridge.
