Carillon concerts to be played each Monday
Jim Quashnock will be providing a Carillon Concert each Monday evening
5:30-6:30 p.m. beginning Oct. 5. The community is invited to bring their blankets or chairs to the Hardin lawn to enjoy the music.
The carillon bells were originally installed in 1952. The 37 bells that make up the carillon were renovated in 2003 and can be heard gonging the Westminster Chime at each quarter hour and on the hour, when the bells also peal one strike for each hour.
