This is the last full set of weekly rankings by the Division II Basketball Committee. The committee will issue the invitations to the NCAA Division II Tournament on Sunday. Eight teams will be selected to the tournament from the South Central region, with automatic bids issued to the tournament champions of the Lone Star Conference, the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association and the Heartland Conference. Then, five at-large bids are issued.
The championship selection show will be streamed on the internet at www.ncaasports.com/dii, beginning at 9:30 p.m.
