MSU sixth in South Central Rankings
The rankings are based on play through Sunday.
It was a week that saw Southeastern Oklahoma as the only team in the previous to seven win all of its games, as Central Missouri, Northwest Missouri, Midwestern State, Emporia State, Texas A&M-Kingsville and Southwestern Oklahoma suffered at least one loss.
Texas A&M-Kingsville fell to seventh (12-7 in DII only games), with
West Texas A&M (12-8 in DII) and
The rankings, which are weekly until March 4, will be used to seed the NCAA Division II tournament in the South Central region and place the at-large teams after automatic bids are issued to the Lone Star Conference, the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association and the Heartland Conference.
