MSU games at Central Oklahoma Cancelled

- Due to worsening weather conditions across
Oklahoma
, the
Midwestern
State
University
vs. the University of Central Oklahoma men's and women's basketball games scheduled for Saturday afternoon have been cancelled.

The National Weather Service issued an ice storm warning with accumulations of ice up to one-and-a half inches is expected in the area making travel conditions dangerous.

The games are the final Lone Star Conference division crossover contests for both schools, but no decision has been made about when or if the contest will be rescheduled.

The next action for the MSU women will be on Wednesday when Texas Woman's visits

Gerald Stockton Court
in D.L. Ligon Coliseum. The next men's game is the Lone Star Conference South opener at Texas A&M-Kingsville next Saturday.
