WICHITA FALLS, Texas - - Junior defenseman Melissa Brown has earned Second Team All-Midwest Region, announced by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America on Thursday.

Brown was a key player in helping MSU shut out six opponents on the season, starting in all 19 games for Midwestern this season.

The Mustangs finished the season at 10-8-1, after a heartbreaking loss in the Lone Star Conference semi-finals to then number 16 ranked
