Trimble gets Milestone win

Midwestern  State  University women's soccer coach Jeff Trimble hit a major milestone when the Mustangs beat Mesa  State (Colo.), 2-1 on Sunday.

Trimble, MSU Winn ingest women's soccer coach, picked up win number 100 of his coaching career.

"Coach Jeff" as he is known to his players, has a record of 100-56-16 and has been the head coach since 1998.He was the assistant coach for the MSU women for 1996 and 1997, and served as the goal keepers coach for both the men and women from 1994-96.

Currently the Mustangs (5-5-1, 2-1-1) are in third place in the LSC behind Central Oklahoma and Texas A&M-Commerce.

The Mustangs will play host to Texas  Wesleyan  University as part of a men's/women's double header on Thursday. The start time is 5 p.m. for the women and 7 p.m. for the men.
