Mustangs Shut Out Lady Rams
WICHITA FALLS, Texas - The Midwestern State University women's soccer team picked up their sixth win of the season by beating the Texas Wesleyan Lady Rams 2-0 at the MSU soccer field Thursday.
ááááááááááá Scoring came from Mustang's sophomore Megan Bibilone, who picked up her third goal of the season, receiving a pass from freshman Kari Bristow with 31:02 to play in the first half. Then in the second half freshman Katy Lukert scored the Mustangs other goal with 33:16 to play, her second of the season.
ááááááááááá Defensively Mustangs goal keeper Heather Primavera picked up her fifth shut out of the season, saving two of the four shots she faced.
ááááááááááá The Mustangs travel to San Angelo Sunday, playing a key Lone Star Conference game against the Angelo State Ram Belles. The match will begin at 1 p.m.
