Times set for women's tennis in NCAA D-2 Central Regional
WICHITA FALLS, Texas - The Midwestern State women's tennis will begin NCAA Division II Central Region play May 4 at 10 a.m. against Incarnate Word at the Eager Tennis Center on the campus of Abilene Christian, host school officials announced Thursday.
The Mustangs (13-5) carry the No. 2 seed into the tournament against the Heartland Conference champion Cardinals (12-6).
The winner will face the winner of No. 1 Abilene Christian (28-6) and No. 4 East Central (12-9) at noon Saturday for a sport in the NCAA Division II national tournament, while will be played in Kansas City, Mo. from May 10-13.
