Midwestern takes both matches from Hardin-Simmons

ABILENE, Texas - The Midwestern State University men's and women's tennis teams had little trouble in defeating Hardin-Simmons University in non-conference action on Tuesday afternoon.

The MSU men defeated HSU 8-1, while the MSU women won 7-2.

The only match lost by the Mustang men occurred in when Jared King rolled an ankle during his number three singles match and was forced to withdraw.

Both teams will be in action again on Thursday at Dallas Baptist.
