Patrick CHOW-YUEN has been selected as one of only 26 chefs to participate in ARAMARK
Wichita Falls, TexasùAugust 11, 2003- Patrick CHOW-YUEN, the ARAMARK Chef based at Midwestern State University, has been selected as one of only 26 chefs to participate in ARAMARK's Ninth Annual International Guest Chef Exchange, a program designed to honor the company's finest chefs, during a multinational culinary exchange. Blending cultures through the culinary arts, the ARAMARK International Guest Chef Exchange involves a two-week long exchange when chefs chosen for their outstanding commitment to culinary excellence will work at other ARAMARK international customer facilities, putting daily business pressures aside and sharing their talents, tips and tastes from across the globe. After the exchange their home facilities will be infused with the culture and diversity of the country and site they visited. Chef Patrick CHOW-YUEN will visit ARAMARK hosts accounts in Germany from October 25 through November 9. Chef CHOW-YUEN, a native of REUNION Island, FRANCE, has been the ARAMARK Executive Chef at Midwestern State University for 10 months.
