"Certainly a lot of people in Wichita Falls - and everyone at MSU - felt like we needed to do something lasting to honor the name of Dr. Louis J. and Ramona Rodriguez," said President Jesse W. Rogers. More than 100 donors have contributed to a growing endowment that has reached beyond the $300,000 goal. The endowment will provide for a $10,000 salary supplement and a $5,000 professional development stipend each year, in addition to the prescribed salary for the professorship. A search committee will be formed in the spring to fill the chair established in the College of Business Administration. It is hoped the position will be filled by fall 2003.
